I've been trying to make some little snacks to stay away from potatoe chips and stuff like that.  wow, a little trip to YouTube and you can find all kind od ideas.  I've already been making flax and vegetable crackers in my food dehydrator for years.  They are really good.  I take them to work and even people that could give   a rip about their health like them.  Well today I tried some new experiments.  Sliced some sweet potoatoes on the mandolin. Put on a little olive oil and salt.  did another with cinnamon, olive oil and a little honey.  Also I saw people making kale chips.  well I didn't have kale, so I made them with malabar spinach and I even tried a couple of horseradish leaves.I also put in a couple of flax and veggie crackers with a lot of herbs.  I'll post pics and give feedback when they are done.

The dried kale is my favorite! I put vinegar dressing in a spray bottle and then toss in the dehydrator YUM When you come across kale this is a must do! I did some apple cinnamon with nut flour and dates to make some snake cakes more like soft cookies in the dehydrator too.
