Our Milker Arrived Today! (and did I mention all the goat babies?)

Our milking machine from Michael Perry, arrived today and boy was it well packed!
I won't be able to assemble it and test it for a while. I have to pour a slab today. But, it appears to be very robust (we got the heavy duty pump).
We're going to order one of those $595 carports (12' x 21') to give us a little protection from the elements (not to mention the sun, which is beaming and has given me a nice little sunburn) and I'm also going to build a little milking cart with bicycle tires to roll easily in their area, a sink and drain for initial rinsing, a place to hold the pump and milk reservoir, and a little arm to hold the scale that weighs the milk. That should make it portable enough to move, as we change up some of our pens and paddocks for the goats.
I should have all of it ready by the time all of the kids are weaned... I pray.
We've also had 6 kids (2 does and 4 bucks) in the past couple of weeks. So, all of the does are in milk now.
I'll try and get some pictures of it posted, soon. It appears to be a very nice unit.

Wish I was closer to U, I'd jump right in and help you get the slab poured and the covering put up. Then I could watch your new milker in action, I'm anxious to have your input on how it works.
Congrats
on receiving your new milker.
