Interesting show until we got to the ... uhhhhh... Coffee part.  My question is, regular or decaf ? French roast ?  Hazel Nut ? French Vanilla 

Johnny, maybe you can add a new board section so people can comment on shows themselves ?

My wife and I just finshed watching the one dvd on netflix. This is just amazing. I am considering a small part of it to see how it will work.. That first requires some prayer.

I am snacking on FRESH carrots and apples throughout the day. Just trying to get those enzymes in me. And I am trying to avoid toxins. I have never cared about it in the past, but now I feel in will help me hang around a little longer so I can take care of the Queen.

I can tell you there's an enema system that will hold up to 2 qts at Walgreens for $11 and some change. (In case you're feeling brave.)   I watched the show on netflix.  Very informative.  I'm satisfied with juicing 1 carrot, 1 tomato, 1 apple, and 1 celery.  I have had spinach and strawberries also.  I would look up information on distilled water and some other components before jumping in head first, so to speak.  Thanks for doing this show.  I had never heard of Gerson therapy before now.

I have been eating raw carrots all day and a couple of apples and raw radishes to. I chew the carrots until they are pulverized. I eat fresh fruit or carrots every hour and I lost 6lbs. in 4 days and I was not hungry I snacked all day, they just ate a reasonable supper when I got home. I am getting my enzymes naturally. I also started taking fish oil pills and potassium supplement.

Just be real careful about flushing strange liquids up u know where.

It seems the problem was not the sherry, but the spouse.    After watching the documentary I would agree that coffee is definitely going to "pep" you up.  I think I would need to drink some sherry to have the guts to take a coffee enema in the first place.  Just sayin.

Hey, Greenhorn, I believe you need to drink that amount to get rid of cancer if you already have it. I think you can drink a less if you are doing it just for good health and a cancer preventative.
You my thinking on it.
And you should not have to keep all veggies refrigerated if you will be juicing them in a day or two, unless it is greens. Carrots can keep, but get them out of any plastic bag. We don't refrigerate onions, garlic, apples, oranges or carrots, unless we think they will have to keep for a long time. I need to make a good vented wood box for our pantry with different bins.

Hi all.  That show was coooool.  I like coffee, but I am not so happy with rubber tubes!!!

Sometimes one links one thing with another in a way that others might not have got yet.  I was listening to a show that mentioned salvestrols,  here is a link into what they are; http://www.salvestrol.ca/index.asp .  Now the show mentioned (in a nutshell) that these things are what one finds in the produce of foods that are not produced via the intensive farmer method.  Its what all natural plant produce, but the chemicals that are used in intensive farming (using the same field, year on year) will cease the production.

The general concensus on cancer is that it could be a fungus.  Plants eaten in the past were all el' naturel and had Salvestrols by the bucket load.  It was these Salvestrols that enabled the plant to not have a fungus grow on it.  That aint the case today.  They are 'bleached' out (for want of a better name) by all those chemicals.

The putting two and two together bit is self evidant now that one eats all home grown or 'organicly' grown plants that dont use anything else other than the natrual stuffs to help the thing along.

Get me that juicer....and a home garden.
