Just though I would share it and me response:
Hi Johnny Max and The Queen,
My husband is a big fan of the show and got me interested. So I started from the beginning.
I couldn't get through the second show. A lot of things that you talked about were obviously either unresearched or done half-heartedly.
I think your premise is awesome, the subjects are interesting, but so far your information is weak and undercut by y'all showing up buzzed.
Please tell me that is gets better from here? That you get all the information and check facts before giving out misinformation. I was interested before I started listening.
~*Annette
My response:
Annette,
Glad your husband and 10,000 others enjoy the show, that makes my day and I will leave it at that.
Have a great day and tell your Husband "He Rocks!"
Johnny Max ;-)

I started listening to podcast last spring, and guess what, yours was the first one I listened too. I found TSP first, but couldn't find how to download the shows, wasn't looking good enough, but I followed Jacks link to you guys and really liked what I heard. After listening to a few of newest episodes, I went back to the beginning and found you two to be really fun and laid back. She needs to realize that you guys are exploring new things, new ideas and sharing it with us, your not the experts. Some times, in the older shows, you get the feeling that you are kicking back talking with good friends. Still feel that way today.

1 out of 10,000, that's pretty good. Bet no Fortune 500 Company has a customer satisfaction record like that.
I don't listen to you for the facts, I'm capable of looking those up myself. I listen for the thought provoking questions and ideas. You give me ideas and cause me to think. I can't count the number of my own ideas I've had, based on a germ of a thought from you.
Keep up the GREAT work.
Dan

Hey, You can't please all the people all the time. And your show is not about in depth teaching on any one subject. it's more of getting a lot of important information and ideas to people in a short amount of time. I just can't believe someone would take the time out of their day to write a bad feedback. That tells you a lot right there! She didn't give you a fair chance. But you have plenty more listeners that love the show and are inspired by it. I so look forward to it. And it is my favorite podcast!! I would just like to thank Johnny and the Queen for all their hard work and love that goes into this show and site. I can't even imagine how much time and effort it takes. But I for one do greatly appreciate it!! Thank You!

Thanks, I figured her husband went on and on about the show and kept telling her to listen to it, so she was finally pressured into listening. And her email of complaint was just to get back at her husband but showing him that he don't know anything. A classic case of passive aggressive behavior, directed at her husband. That was my take and that was why in my email response I said her husband rocks. LOL

To me the show has always reminded me of something like Green Acres Radio. That show between the farm report and some church program. Just a husband and wife team sitting in the studio talking to their listeners vs trying to get the highest ratings that week. And next on K-SSH, Todays Horse Shoeing
