Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has revealed that second-choice goalkeeper Altay Bayindir will start in goal for Sunday’s FA Cup third round clash with Arsenal.

Turkey international Bayindir has made four cup appearances for United – three in the Carabao Cup and one in the FA Cup win over Newport County last season. However, Bayindir
faced criticism for his performance in last month’s 4-3 Carabao Cup quarter-final defeat by Tottenham Hotspur.
However, Amorim has confirmed that Bayindir will continue to be in goal for the trip to Arsenal at the Emirates.
“Altay will play,” Amorim confirmed. On a
possible change, Amorim said: “I think we rotated the players while trying to find out what qualities each player has. “At
the moment, there are a lot of players who have just come back from injuries, so we rotate less. I feel that sometimes you have to pick fresh players because when you look at the best positions, they are all at the same level. So I try to put fresh players on the field. “
Now we have more training time, I expect the team to understand the game better. We try to work on set pieces because we conceded a lot of goals from them in the last games. “
“At the moment I am taking it day by day. สมัคร ufabet กับเรา รับโบนัสทันที What I think is we have a week without a game, we have a day off, we can work on the team a little bit and it doesn’t make sense for me to rest players now and then play two games in a row. “
“So I think we have to put our best team on the field, we have to win and we have to continue from the last game. I am not thinking from the perspective of resting players because we are not in that situation. “
“We are in a difficult moment, but we are improving and we have a chance to train, so we will put our best team to try to win and then we will focus on the next game.”
